Mike, Sorry for the delay, I was having a Vanagon adventure over the holidays, which is another story entirely it's own. I installed the KYB shocks front and rear about a month ago, and have since put about 2,000 miles on them. The ride quality is a little harsh, but not nearly bone-shaking. They did seem to improve the driving response of the van a bit. But, since the old shocks were totally blown out (205,000 and never changed), I don't have much to compare it to. The driving response and ride improved even more when I ditched the passenger car tires that the former owner had put on the van, in favor of a set of Michelin Agilis 61s. I'll write something up later today and post it. Brian --
