You get more power with Bosch Plus-4 plugs, same type I have been using for about 15K, because those plugs allow a more complete burning of fuel. The only 'accelerated wear' I can think of would be caused by more powerful explosions, hence more power, inside of your combustion chamber. So, the result maybe more hammering on the connecting rods, wrist pins, and bearings below. Is it enough to hurt your motor? I really don't think so since the power increase is negligible. Now, if I could find a more powerful ignition coil...
