Subject: looking forward to more dyno results from Boston Bob
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

THANKS Robert of Boston Bobs for getting all of the info on the dyno for our dinos........

I really appreciate the dyno readings after changing such things as the rocker ratios, I'm looking forward to chips & rockers & I'm really looking forward to the readouts on the stock 1.9 L........advanced to around say 6 degrees BTDC at idle......hint hint. Just wanted to say thanks from all of us trying to squeeze out all of the usable power out of our underpowered Vanagons without harming the motor. I'm already running my 85' at 6 degrees BTDC and I've noticed great improvement in acceleration and hill climbing over the stock timing of 5 degrees after TDC.

I just wanted to get the new HP and torque curves on this performance alteration.........I swear by this advance and have had my van timed at 6 degrees BTDC for several years.........137K original miles..........

Malibu Tony 85' Westy 1.9L 6 degrees BTDC 78' 911 SC
