Hello,

I'm new to the list and just wanted to say Hi.  I finally got myself a VW after years of dreaming...its an 88 Vanagon Syncro that is in real nice shape.  Suppossedly, it was one of the German olypic team vans from the Calgary 88 winter olympics so i guess I'll have to give him a good German name. :)

Anyway I'm sure I'll have quite a few questions as I get to know my new best friend.  Already have read a number of interesting threads here.
