3-4 inches? If you simply lowered the springs, there would be no suspension travel left at all. You'd be riding on bump stops (you and all of the kids with their slammed Japanese cars!). The only way to get this kind of lowering would be to completely remanufacture the suspension changing the position of the axles while maintaining suspension travel. Maybe there is a kit to do this, but I've never seen one.
