Subject: camper conversion

Hello to all list members - many years ago i had purchased the camper equipment from a wrecked Type 2 Westfalia and installed it in my 1970 passenger van. The major components installed were closet, fold out rear seat, table, single rear facing seat located behind the driver seat, and louver windows........................pretty much everything except the pop top. I now have a 1987 Vanagon 7 passenger van that i could convert as well to a partial camper. Are there any members out there that have converted their Vanagon passenger vans to campers that would like to share any info? Anybody have a used Westy or Weekender package available in brown or beige, or just the fold out rear seat would be just fine? Other than the Z-Product fold out rear seat system is there anything else available? As anybody out there built their own system so your rear seat can fold out into a bed? What are some costs associated with these kind of parts? Any direction and advice will be greatly appreciated. HAPPY NEW YEAR to you and your families. Hoping the coming new year will bring peace and good health to all.
