(I am open to a jury rig, but not sure of this things function, nor which
hose to clamp.  Seems to me that it must restrict flow back to the tank
from the 2 fuel rail?  Is this to keep the pressure up at the injectors?)

I think the best way to get help from airs is to have a Vanagon list
member post a message to type2@type2.com. I'd do it but I got kicked off

Subject line: AIRS Help (city) Fuel Regulator
Post a phone number where they can reach you and give the exact location
of your broken vehicle, Highway ID and Mile Markers be as accurate as
possible.
Explain the problem.
