Engine, 5-speed trans, computer etc ready to install & go. Don't have their price or e-mail address on hand, but if you want it, p-mail me in a day or two and I'll dig it out for you. My 84 Caravelle had a 3.8 Holden V6 installed when I bought it, and the engine lid had been modified to clear. It had a professionally-made (looked factory) vertical steel "curtain" wall added to the plastic lid, with extended stainless fasteners. It just clamped to the unmodified opening in the deck, using the stock seal... no modification to the deck whatsoever. Dunno if the Audi 5 would be too long for this trick to work. My modified lid is now surplus, as the Subaru replacement engine will fit under my "new" stock steel lid. -- Andrew Grebneff 165 Evans St, Dunedin 9001, New Zealand <andrew.grebneff@stonebow.otago.ac.nz> Ph: 0064 (3) 473-8863 fax: 0064 (3) 479-7527 1986 Toyota Corolla 1.8DX CE80 diesel sedan 1989 Toyota Corolla 1.8DX CE96 diesel van 1989 Toyota Corona 2.0D Select CT170 diesel sedan 1992 Toyota Estima Lucida 2.2 turbodiesel MPV (=narrow "Previa") 1984 VW Caravelle GL (to be fitted with 260hp Subaru SVX flat-6 & Porsche G50 trans) Seashell, Macintosh, VW & Toyota van nut Friends don't let friends do Windows |
