Scott, If you're running a "summer weight" oil in the crank case, it may be a good time to change to something a little thinner. I typically run Castrol Syn-tech 15W50 (or is it 20W50 - h*ll, whatever the Castrol blend is...) from April 1 through early November. Then I switch to Mobil 1 5W30. A thinner oil will likely help the starter turn the motor easier when it's cold. Another thing to check is your battery. If it's a few years old, it may be time to replace.
