Arbitration is the best solution. There are independent arbitrators and
in many cases the Judge will not even consider hearing a case if it
hasn't gone to arbitration first.

From Hobie ----------I now have this engine for sale. It was running
fine before it was removed
for the Tiico engine conversion. I am asking $800 for it included are the
ECU, water pump, air flow meter, wiring harness, air filter holder and

misc. parts.
compression test results 1-130, 2-140, 3-120, 4-140. oil pressure @ 190
F
idle 1.1 bar at 2000 RPM 1.85 bar
The engine is located at Too Quicks German Auto Service in Tacoma.
