Known issue. Fan draws 12 amps at high normally, engine not running (test on three samples, one new, direct to battery). Might be a little different installed, but not much. If yours draws close to that then it's ok.

Dunno what the wipers draw but the circuit is definitely overloaded. So is the fan switch. Solution is run a new fused circuit for the high speed, and use the switch to control a relay for that speed. The other two speeds aren't a problem.
