>>When the engine goes over 1330 rpm with a closed throttle the injectors are turned off. When the engine goes below 13300 rpm, the injectors turn back on with the O@ sensor disabled for 30 crank revolutions. If the mixture is rich enough during this bypass to bring the engine over 1300 RPM, we start the idle surge again.<<<

I've seen this surge happen with my digitool, the rich 02 and the injectors shutting off. I've messed with the AFM spring to pretty much cure it. But mine I had to loosen the spring and richen the open loop mixture to get rid of the surge. I know it sounds backwards to me too. If I lean it back to where the factory says it's supposed to be, I get the surge sometimes, plus I get a bad just-off-idle flat spot.

Interesting info, where did you get the 30 crank revolutions information?
