Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a great holiday. I am considering taking a trip out East to Washington and New York to see the "ruins" (from Illinois). No I won't be taking my Vanagon as it is put away for the winter :( I know many of you are out east (more than midwest) and wondered if any of you Vanagon nuts took the trip into New York and can give me some pointers on how to best to get into the city and near the ruins. I understand they now have built 4 platforms for visitors. I all of a sudden have this feeling I need to see this first hand. Flying rates are down as well at hotels so...please email me off the list emailto:paradigm@allegraprinting.com if you have any suggestions.

Thanks, Lee
