Hi there,

I was hoping for some advice on the following:

First my (87 Westy's) fresh air fan in the front has died. It's been dying for a long time and now won't turn at all. It looks like a nasty job to replace - any advice? Do I have to pull the dash?

Second I noticed this morning that my Vanagon sprang a fuel leak. Right at the firewall where that 'spigit' is supplying fuel from the pump. Should I bipass this and replace it with something more reliable; I know Vanagons have issues with this and obviously the consequences can be devestating... What do you people recommend?

If you can email me directly I would appreciate it.

Thanks for your help.

Damian
