Hi all, I am looking for a Vanagon mechanic in the central VA area (within 2 or even 3 hours). I have tried three times at my local VW dealer to have some relatively straightforward repairs performed and have left each time with the repairs not done for various reasons and am getting tired of it. I have also given up on asking them for parts or service of any kind on my '66 Beetle and do everything myself which means that sometimes it has to sit for a few weeks which is OK because it is not my daily driver, the Vanagon is. I enjoy doing my own repairs and do so whenever I can, but, sometimes I don't have the time, tools, or talent and need to have someone else take a look at it. Thanks, Roger '89 Westy |
