I bought a 50 Sq Ft. roll (1'w x 50'l) of B-Line Extreme via PayPal for around $65.00. Right now it is $76.49 via UPS ground. I ordered enough to cover the rear engine hatch and deck, and have enough left to do some other areas. It is a peel and stick product which requires cleaning only for surface prep. Installation is very easy, it can be cut with a utility knife. Go to the local hardware store to get a wallpaper seam sealer to roll the edges with. I haven't notice a large amount of noise reduction, but I plan on doing over the front wheelwells to see what effect that makes. I will try and get some pictures of my rear deck on the web soon. Tim, How much B-Quiet did you have to buy, what was the total cost, and how long did it take to apply? Did you coat the metal underneath with anything before laying down the B-Quiet, or did you just apply as is (er, was)? Here are two other links for sound-dampening materials: http://www.rapidparts.com/Pages/vwc003u.html To anyone who has applied sound-dampening materials, do you feel it has made a difference?
Best, Chris
