Mine has IR belts in the cab but static in back. I too intend to put IRs in the back; Japanese vans have 'em in back.

I suggest you try a wrecker; belts from a late-model Hiace will probably do the job. Or find a seatbelt sales/fitting outfit and visit them. they should have something to fit. Maybe even match your interior color (Hiace belts will be gray, I haven't seen any other interior color in an 89-02 model).
