The last couple weeks my transmission has become increasingly difficult
to shift at idle, (when engine is running but standing still), when the
motor is off I have no problem shifting through the gears.  This morning
after a couple days sitting I couldn't get it into gear at all at idle.
When I pressed the clutch in I heard a rapid tick tick tick noise, I
have the Subaru conversion and a new transmission as of 6 months ago.
Unfortunately I bought a rebuilt clutch kit from an auto parts store so
my transmission guy won't warranty it if it's the problem.  Having him
pull the engine to check it out next week any ideas?
