Subject: ETKA problem help needed
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Volks,

I had ETKA installed on my old computer without a hitch. Now I am loading it into my new computer and i am getting a persistent problem. The data all loads up, and it tells you to run Hardlock.exe if you try to run the program and you get a Hardlock not present! Error 304.

Well, I get the Hardlock not Present! error message when i try to run, and when i try to run Hardlock.exe from my cd-rom nothing happens...the computer freezes up.

I have a new Dell P4 with Windows XP........I have 512 mb of RAM so I do not get it.........

Any suggestions are helpful for i use this program a whole lot................
