Chad,

* Remove horn pad * Remove nut holding steering wheel, remove steering wheel * Remove all electrical connections * Remove 3 tiny screws holding the wiper/turn signal assembly and remove * Using a puller, remove spacer sleeve * With 6 mm allen key remove bolt to ignition lock assembly * Pull off ignition assembly * White plastic switch can now be removed
