Well, I bought my first bus when I got out of the Navy in 67. Traded it for a 68 Camaro Rally Sport. Traded the Rally Sport for a 68 Westy Multivan (aka Weekender). Sometime around 1972, I bought another "microbus" -- a splitty, as I recall. After I sold it, I had no VWs for many years. Then, quite suddenly, I got the "bug" again about two years ago and picked up my 85 wasserboxer. Life is good for this 59 1/2 year old.
