I bought my first '85 GL the day after the timing belt broke on my '86 Scirocco 16V in 1998. My first car was a '79 Rabbit L, in 1985. I bought my latest Vanagon '85 GL a month ago. I'm 31 and plan on being in a Vanagon until I'm at least 91...
