Passing on VW event news:


 Happy New Year all you VW Fans!!!!!


The Peach State Transporters are having their annual DEAD OF WINTER CAMPOUT
the weekend of February 1-3 at Cloudland Canyon State Park in Northwest
Georgia.  We always have a great time and there are always those members of
the "polar bear club" who can take a dip in the pool at the base of the
waterfall of the canyon.


Some folks will go on Friday night and others will just come Saturday
morning and stay through Sunday.  We usually have a pot-luck dinner on
Saturday night around the campfire, so bring a dish to share AND FIREWOOD
(if you have it).  Chris and I usually contribute to the fire some lumber
scraps from our remodeling jobs - everything welcome.


Hope you can make it.  We'll keep you posted on what's going on in the
Georgia area and please keep me posted on what's up in your neck of the
woods.
