Hello all,=20

I've got a small problem with the interior lights of
the van that seem

to have gotten odder last night. Occasionally while
driving, they would

occasionally flicker, as if the were shorting out. So
I insulated all
of =
the wires on one of the lights and it seems to have
solved that
problem. =
However last night it got stranger. One of the other
lights started to
=
do the same thing, no biggie, I'll wrap it to. But
then while waiting
to =
pick my wife up from work, If I turned the fan to full
blast, all of
the =
lights would come on.

I have NO idea what would cause this? any guesses?
