Hi All, I'm looking to sell my 88 GL to a better home, a home where she will be loved and better cared for, or at least pillaged for parts. It's not running. The shop where it was towed to said the pickup coil needed to be replaced (plus they said the fuel lines are cracking.) All told they want $700. We can't afford that right now, so we haven't authorized the repairs yet. What I was thinking was I could take $1200 for it with a new pickup coil and fuel lines, and $500 for it as is. Or best offer. :) Automatic tranny. Weekender, with the fold down seats and cushion over the engine. It has 200k+ miles on it. (the odometer stopped working for a few months, but is working now.) A little bit of rust (mostly specs on the front and some on the passenger rear wheel well.) Lately it hasn't been shifting out of 2nd gear until it is good and warmed up. It usually won't turn over in Park, you have to throw it in neutral. It has AC, but it doesn't work. That's all I can think of right now... Pmail with any questions, etc. I don't have pictures right now, but I can take some and mail/post. Thanks.
