Is there any reason why a Vanagon catalytic converter could not be reversed so the exhaust would flow in the opposite direction? The reason I ask is we are using it in a different application that requires two oxygen sensors, one upstream of the cat and one downstream. The vanagon cat has the sensor mount on the upstream end and if we could reverse it, that would take care of the downstream location. The upstream sensor would be in exhaust manifold before the cat. Thanks for any and all opinions. Dwight Reed |
