AFM? Ignition module?

No throttle response to me sounds like AFM (including a busted wire to ECU). Nice thing about the DigiTool is that it measures at the ECU, so it catches all the broken wire/intermittent-contact problems.

Get a mechanic's starter switch and leave it hooked up so you can crank from the engine room. When it's not working -- measure what you can, wiggle wires and so forth. Unplug the ECU and plug it back in (ignition off...).
