Liquified propane contains water as it's a bit hygroscopic. AND during the processing, water ends up in it..I'm told that there are problem in liqifaction where water vapor from the raw material ends up as ice in the "puddle" and then it's off to the bottle..they are SUPPOSED to use a dessicant to dry it before shipping..but...(hey we can just heat it!) >>
