BTW my parents had a '67 or so Austin Mini Traveller (the "station wagon" version) for years when I was a kid. With a well-laden roof rack, the car was big enough to take 2 adults and 2 kids camping for a couple of weeks. Here in the US, 30 years later, the minimum size vehicle for a camping trip seems to be a Ford Oblivion. Except for the enlightened few, of course :-)
