Almost any KOA or Campgrounds will cut you a deal to get a quick shower. Most Texas State Parks have heated showers and Florida Rest stops have showers. If I'm going to drop my shorts I'm going to have some security for my money, keys, credit cards so I'd pay the five to ten bucks a day to get a secure hot shower. Most times on the road I boil water in my coffee pot and fill my sink with warm water. This works fairly well when I'm alone, I just use cardboard panels that I store under the kitchen area carpet to get past the shadow show effect. I use neutrogena soap and bathe at the lakes that I rough it at but St Louis in February is going to be cold anywhere you're not actually inside a heated structure. With a real cute shower on your Westy and 28 degree wind chill factor you'll have some good icicle stories to tell.
