I haven't got one -- but for general info, by '84 they had started putting an aluminum shield around the button to prevent this sort of thing. Of course it also prevented using the breaker as a switch, unless you had a bent paper clip handy. I cut slots in mine so I could get my fingers in.

If people need these and can't find them, I can make something similar -- they'd be unreasonably expensive (something like $10) but possibly worth it to you.
