There's a guy in Barrow Alaska who has a couple of minivans equipped with these tracks. He uses them to haul tourists out to Point Barrow, the northernmost point in North America. A couple of miles of loose gravel beach (in the summer), past rotting whale carcasses, old ruins of native houses, graveyards, etc...interesting and unique. His competitor uses Hummers.
