Another good source for wiring plug adapters is Crutchfield. You can call their technical help for free, describe what you need and I expect they'll have the plug. Hate to disagree with you Stan, but the good install places don't chop the stock wiring plug. They do, however, sell plugs to replace the plugs the cheap installers chop off. If you don't find it from the list, drop by a Car Stereo Shop that installs. Go through the back door and talk to one of the techs, they cut these things off and keep them in a junk box. Be sure you've got the radio so you get your part in the one trip. Your local VW dealer service department can supply the radio code if you haven't got it.
