Debra, The only thng you might do to save what is left on the side of the Van, is to wet sand with 600, and clear coat the panel--- But if your going to do that, you might as well just repaint the faded panel. Later, Terry
E-mail message From Debra Clark I thought of another question. To what extent do you try to restore/save the original paint job? We just bought a 1990 Multivan. Interior and body are in great shape (except for two small rust spots) but the original paint on one side is really washed out. Can this be saved?
