A wise teacher of mine used to say to wait three days before saying something that is a reaction to others or sending that angry letter. Usually three days does give some perspective. And sometimes a 6 pack of beer gives even better clarity. The truth is that mistakes happen, and feelings get hurt. It is also true that some people are just inherently mean with no concept of fair play or kind behavior. It is also true that with time we all reveal ourselves. I still feel like a newcomer on this list but "On this list" it is obvious to me who are the persons who help consistently and others who just dump their self-centered perspective. So as I see it "Be excellent to each other and party on." Whatever you do and however you do it you will always be "showing who you are." I'm running out of beer.
