I know you all get sick of tire threads so I'll make this painless and some patient soul can e-mail me privately. All the recommended tires on the vanagon.com web-site are light truck. What makes that a better tire for the vanagon? It can't be just weight because there are heavier passenger cars. Is it the high profile, where it goes and what it does? Or all of it? Do the recommended tires still give a good, (semi) quiet, highway ride.
