I seem to be having the same problem except mine does not show up until 70+
with a headwind.  The noise in my Westy seems to be coming from the leading
edge of the roof bin.  Air is pushing under it causing it to flutter at
higher speeds.  A new seal could fix the problem, but I'm not sure since
it's a little hard to visually confirm from behind the wheel.

Hi,
Anyone have any advice on how to quiet the rattling noise caused when
the wind hits the cargo area above the driver? It seems to kick in
above 65mph, very loud and vibrating...
