You can roll down the window, and grab the top of the window frame. CAREFULLY but firmly putt the top of the door frame towards the van. It will bend in and cause the door to seal tighter. This works for small amounts. Don't pull too hard - keep a good eye at the part of the door near the lock button. If you pull too hard the door will begin to crease here.
