Use the KISS principal! (keep it simple Stan)
Cardboard box with the edges folded upward, lined with garbage bag, just
laid flat over the box.
Dump the water out of the bag, fold the cardboard box and stow it. Next
time use; tape the edges so they stand vertical and use it again.
Almost zero storage required and the used garbage bag can be used for
.......... lets see now? Garbage.
