I'm using the Castrol " drive hard " brand. seems to me working out just great, but I might need to replace my oil pressure release valve, * the oil light comes on at start up very faint, but drops after heating. ( hope its not a faulty oil pump )

I've always liked Castrol, 4 bangers love it :)
