Sounds like you're describing Rubbermaid tub or facsimile. I see all kinds of sizes of the in various sections of hardware or department stores. The only decisions you have to make are whether to oval or rectangular shaped, which color and what size... When not in use, you can stick it in the back or the galley and throw whatever you want into it for storage....
