The best solution I have seen is Mark Drillock's approach. A small, low, round plastic tub with lid. Attached to both the bottom and the lid is a lightweight fabric shower curtain (Laced on with nylon I think). Attached to the handle is a hook that clips onto the bar you use to lift the Westy top. Also, there is a hole with a hose and shower head that he attaches to the Westy sink. (Alternatively, I suppose you could snake a solar shower in through the pop top window.)

The whole thing closes down nice and small, and will hold all your misc toiletries inside. When finished showering, dump the contents of the pan out the side door (or into the sink)and you are all set. Designed for one-person "Navy style" showers with ambient temp water. (Maybe not acceptable to some). Beats jumping into a 40 degree creek and then running 50' away to lather up with bio suds and rinse with a pan of water... (BTDT)

I think Mark was planning to modify the design to install a drain tub that could be snaked out the side door..
