I got that van running in under 2 hours......

First problem, shitty cap and rotor..........

second problem, center part of coil was missing pin for the primary coil wire to contact.........(last mechanic left a good coil in the van, so got it free)

3rd problem, no fuel pressure........switched fuel pump relay, nada......jumpered fuel pump relay..fired right up. There was a failed ground in the ecu.......so, I spliced a ground to that wire going to the fuel pump relay to "fool" the system...(thanks to Ken Wilford at Van-Again for his help brainstorming this over the phone) it worked! Set the timing, and been driving it since. Less than $30 in parts, and I am getting a rebuilt ECU from Ken Wilford at Vanagain for a VERY reasonable price.

Anyone interested in a pic I can send?
