windshield washing tends to make them want to pass.
Whats new about that. They all want to pass. They just want to mess with
your head before they pass.
After they pass they like to cut you off before they speed away to harass
the next guy.
I love to honk and wave at them and interupt the important conversation
they're having with to highway patrol officer.
