I said I'd never join one of these "sos & so is terrible" rants but this burns me. Only if you get burned by a place several times and they can't / don't help you should it be posted to the list.

To counter - I busted a fuel sender just before a trip. I told the Bus Depot what I needed and when I needed it by and they came through arranging it to be dropped shipped overnight from their source since it was not in stock, if I remember correctly. - clear communication on MY and THEIR part. It put the part in my hand the day I needed it!

Once I was doubled charged on my credit charge, I called and it was cleared up promptly, without any problem and they apoligized and even gave me a credit - I call that customer service!

I think we are lucked to have people like Ron and Ken (Van Again) and Bus Boys who work is related to a passion - we not 10% or 1% of their business we are VW van people - 100% of their business.
