OK Get read for the argument to start. Set your lifters by setting the rocker arm adjusting screw at one turn down after they just touch the valve stem. Run a quart of Marvel Mystery oil in your engine for about 300 miles. Be sure not to overfill your crankcase. This procedure should de-sludge your engine, loosen up the lifters, clean your rings and engine internal parts. I know this sound like the *take two aspirin* solution but it normally works.
