Mike,

Keep a good eye on it. I don't know about Sierra's composition but the regular stuff like prestone and havoline don't react well together. You get little lumps of brown crud and the color of it turns brown and it does nasty things. If you see this happening get it out and totally flush it good. I've seen it happen.
