I can remember a song, but not who sang it. The context was about like this 'buy cheap speakers and the best tuner and amp you can get'. I go by this since I'm up to 80 watts per channel on a four channel system and my volume on Rock and Roll at some of the outback campsites I go to is memorable. When they rate a speaker at 150 watts, thats when to expect flames. They normally self destruct long before that and sound like a 1930s am radio. But if you're listening to Rapp then that crackle, burr, zizz ads a needed quality to it.

How long you been snowed in there? Sure there is probably a difference ............ everybody I know threw them away and installed decent speakers. Blaupunkt makes cheap speakers and good speakers and VWs have the cheap speakers.

Man, i just spent 3 hours trying to see which OEM speaker was less sh*tty than the other.. all that for nothin.. ;<P
