> If you want really rude service shop at Bus Depot. They don't believe in customer service. > If you call their parts by number line and all you have to do is reroute your destination they refuse to help you.

That's absolutely right. Because the parts by number line is strictly for ordering parts by number - as you already know!

I mention it on this list repeatedly. It's in my signature (below) on every email as well. It's plastered ALL OVER the website and on EVERY SINGLE page of my catalog. And just in case you still don't understand, there is even a recording that tells you so when you dial the number, before it even connects you to an operator.

So indeed, you called a number that even YOU referred to as a parts by number line, and asked to do something other than order a part by number, and were referred to the correct phone number.

Just in case I am being less than 1000% clear, let me say it again, shouting this time...

THE TOLL-FREE ORDER LINE IS FOR ORDERS BY PART NUMBER ONLY. NO OTHER SERVICE CAN BE PROVIDED ON THAT NUMBER. PERIOD.

For all other matters - yes, ALL other matters, including rerouting an order, you must call customer service at 215-234-8989. That reaches people who know how to change orders, rather than people who are simply trained to enter number and quantity.

Sorry for shouting, but jeez, I do get tired of having to go through this every month or so. I don't think I could possibly be any clearer about this.

Thank you to all of those customers who understand this policy and cooperate. Many of you will remember when there was no toll-free line for parts ordering at all, even by part number. Why do I get so much grief for ADDING a convenience (toll-free ordering by part number) that I did not offer before?

So, Mark, indeed please do go ahead and find another supplier, because I won't sell to you anymore.
