Yeah!!! Oh yeah! I fully understand your opinion and thoughts on this. You made my day - month - year! I worked over 12 years in the bicycle industry - new it was time to leave when I refered to the customer base as "The vermin customers." We had one idiot who wore through the chainstay of his Bianchi because he kept letting a hideously out of true wheel rub against it. He wanted the frame warrantied. I said " Go away and never come back . . . do you have any friends? Tell them to never come here either."

Aaaaahhh - retail. Where's my vodka bottle?
